No Exit from the Forest - CD

Vardan = THE NEW ERA OF ATMOSPHERIC METAL!!! Italy's one-man Black Metal dynamo continues to tread NEW ground while blazing the path that is uniquely Vardan's !!! The 34th full-length release "No Exit from the Forest" sees Vardan returning to a darker and less ambient sound, while incorporating an eerie, mesmeric atmosphere akin to XASTHUR, KROHM and WOLVES IN THE THRONE ROOM. This new offering is a chilling opus interwoven with dark, twisted guitar passages, harsh Black Metal vocals and cold, bitter keys. The entire album creates a lost and desolate feeling, truly leaving one feeling lost within deep woods, with no exit in site. Vardan remains at the forefront of the modern Metal / Rock / Doom / Atmospheric scene- breaking expectations, bending boundaries, destroying the norm. Vardan has long been unrestricted by limitations in Black Metal and "No Exit from the Forest" is the newest chapter in the continuing vision of this most unique and prolific artist. An artist long poised to break free of the confines set by Heavy Metal, Vardan surpasses this ambitious accomplishment with his landmark 34th album "No Exit from the Forest".
