All Lizzie Cox wants to do is help her grandmother after her recent surgery.
With bills to pay, Lizzie gets the bright idea to help her grandmother turn her beachside Victorian house into a B&B in order to generate steady income. After years of being told what to do and how to do it by her father, Lizzie is determined to do everything by herself. But her father always has the last word and this time, he sets a deadline--get it done or sell the house and put her grandmother in a retirement home. Finding a proud genie in a bottle is the last thing Lizzie needs. After years of dealing with her authoritative father, she refuses to take the easy way out and make her three wishes. That means the handsome genie has to stick around. Impetuous Alexander Goelet was bound to the bottle over a hundred years ago and has been forced to grant wishes, a task he hates. Except this intriguingyoung woman won't make any wishes. He can't move onto his next master until she does. As they're forced to work together, they soon discover neither of them wants Alexander to leave But the bottle might have a say about that.
