I have taken an Unusual approach in writing this book in which information has been sourced and compiled from various medical journals, research articles, Internet, social media, attending various lectures and webinars on Medical prevention and care, along with my thoughts, ideas, experiences, and writing abilities, with minimal medical Jargon, easy to understand diagrams and charts.
