Dr. John W.S. Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Divinity, a Ph.D and Psy.D degrees. He is the president of the Guilford School of Theology in Greensboro, NC. Dr. Howard is a theologian, a Licensed Psychotherapist in private practice. He is the author of a number of books such as What is Faith "a daily and practical approach," How to Find Personal Meaning in a Modern Age, Some Aspects of the Philosophy of Personalism as Seen in the Boston University Tradition. Dr. Howard travels and lectures throughout the United States. Dr. Howard received the presidential Achievement Award given by former president Joe Biden in 2021 for his work in psychotherapist, higher education, and pastoral ministry.
