Francis Tucket, Lottie, and Billy were joined by their goal to find the family Francis lost when he was kidnapped from a wagon train on the Oregon Trail. Now they are joined by a secret--the gold they discovered in a Spanish grave. The trio soon meets up with a British adventurer, bloodthirsty ex-soldiers, and Jason Grimes, the mountain man. In this, their last adventure, they find their way home at last, and an epilogue tells what happened to them on the Oregon frontier.
