When Will Kincaid's professional football career comes to an abrupt end in a single night, he's left to figure out what he's going to do with the rest of his life. He heads home to the small Virginia town where he grew up and crosses paths with Hannah Jacobs, the only girl in high school who had ever rejected him. It's Hannah who once made him question the choices he had made, and it's Hannah who's making him question them all over again. But with the weight of a secret he's managed to hide from the world his entire adult life hanging over him, he can't afford to question his choices.
Hannah Jacobs had once made the choice to deny her feelings for Will Kincaid, at the time finding it the only possible option for a young girl intent on burying a nightmare she only wanted to forget. The life she's made for herself as a librarian in Lake Perdue is a quiet one, and she's hardly prepared for the day when Will rams his fancy Ferrari into her dependable old clunker. But for Hannah, Will Kincaid can only stir up memories she had long ago put away forever. And there's nothing at all good that can come from bringing them back to life again.

★★★★★ What a lovely romance Truths and Roses captured me from the first page to the last. This is an emotional-charged story with great depth to the characters. I felt that I really knew what made the hero and the heroine tick by the end of the book. It also has an excellent HEA. Happy reading
★★★★★ Amazing Story. . .This was an amazing story dealing with the problems that are hidden in the world and the victims who often feel not worthy and that is some how their fault. Inglath Cooper did a wonderful job with this book bringing to light things that are often pushed into the closet of the world we live in as not being acceptable and showed people who overcome their problems and find love and happiness on the other side
★★★★★ Loved it I'm so glad that I've found this author Fast, easy reads that put a smile on your face. Couldn't put down
★★★★★ Loved It I don't usually write reviews, I'm a reader not a writer, as I'm fond of saying but every now and then a book comes along that I just have to comment on and this is one of those books I started this last night and literally could not put it down I finished it around 5AM this morning. This is a story that not only can a lot of people connect to but it's one you can actually believe in and not just some whimsical fairy tale that we dream of but know can or would never really happen. The author really delivered on this one, it kept me glued to the pages and is filled with the unexpected Can't wait to read another one by Inglath Cooper
