While in Mexico, she learned about Mexican culture and improved her Spanish. She met and married her husband, and they moved to different cities within Mexico for his job. Erma learned to adapt and grow through her travels. Erma and her husband are the proud parents of three bicultural, bilingual daughters who love Mexico and visiting their family and friends in Chicago.
