Toward the Rainbow: a Larry the Lepruchaun Novel - Paperback

What if getting your heart's desire turned out to be the worst thing that could happen?

Sixteen-year-old Mary-Claire is trying to survive life in Phoenix, Arizona. Her parents are divorced. Her little brother is a constant annoyance. And the future isn't looking quite the way she imagined.

Then everything changes.

One afternoon, Mary-Claire stumbles across something impossible: the end of a rainbow.

But instead of finding a pot of gold, she discovers Larry-a mysterious leprechaun stranded far from home.

There's only one way for Larry to return to where he belongs.

He must grant Mary-Claire three wishes.

Simple, right?

Not exactly.

Because Larry's magic comes with two rules:

Your wishes must be true wishes.

And Larry decides how they come true.

As Mary-Claire's wishes begin unfolding in ways she never expected, she discovers that magic can be unpredictable, dangerous, and deeply revealing. The things we think we want aren't always the things we truly need.

Filled with humour, heart, mystery, and Irish folklore, Toward the Rainbow is a magical coming-of-age adventure about family, friendship, self-discovery, and the surprising consequences of getting exactly what you wished for.

Sometimes the real treasure isn't waiting at the end of the rainbow...
it's the journey that leads you there.
