Tomorrow's Outlook deliver their most cohesive and powerful album to date with their 3rd album Black Waves - a dramatic and atmospheric fusion of melodic heavy metal and a heavier, more direct form of power metal, free from the large bombastic choirs that characterize much of the European tradition.
