Therefore, I intimately dedicate my communication to you. I am a man. Domingo "Nick" Polimeni is a product of a world in turmoil. His Greek and Italian ancestors, great grand parents, grand parents, Parents, and siblings were scattered throughout the world by the first and second world wars, to places like the US, Australia, and Argentina. His personal life is fashioned by the same unconventional family history. He grew up in orphanages, and by several sets of foster parents, and, finally, his most formative years, between ages 9 to 14 with the Franciscan Monks. To the Franciscans he attributes the deepest roots of influence in his thirst for self-sufficiency and broad knowledge in every aspect of life. This became visible early on. He traveled to the US alone, at the age of 15, and carried his belongings in a wooden suitcase crafted by his own hands. He can as enthusiastically fix the kitchen pipes or repair home appliances, as he delves into the mechanicals crafts of engineering writing, hydraulics, and electronics. He ventured as far from the hearth of a conventional existence as unimaginable, becoming a professional teacher of language, math, information technology (programming), business applications development, real estate licensed, and more. We might see him as a jack of all trade... but those who know him believe he's master of at least some of them. Yet his underlying concern focused on human relationship, particularly between men and women in love connections. He married more times than anyone would care to admit, but as he puts it, never giving up on the idea of making a relationship work.
