Of all the JFK assassination theories proposed over the years, Through The 'Oswald' Window is the first study of the event through the eyes of the actual assassin.

Author Dave O'Brien became one of the few researchers ever granted access to the so-called 'Oswald' window when the building was locked and sealed from the public.

By standing in the shoes of the actual assassin in the Book Depository, in essence looking over the sniper's shoulder, what the author saw was shocking and challenges what the history books say about how President Kennedy died on November 22, 1963.

The 398-page color edition with over 200 images reveals why a 'lone' assassin at the infamous sixth-floor window could NOT have carried out the assassination of JFK on his own. Further, it casts doubt that it was Oswald who fired from the window named after him.

O'Brien became one of the earlier researchers when, at age 13, he read all volumes of the Warren Report, noting several contradictions, the omission of evidence in defense of Lee Harvey Oswald and the altering or attempted suppression of physical evidence such as medical findings, ballistic tests and photographs of the event.

At age 16, as a student, O'Brien developed a 'pen-pal' relationship with Parkland Dr. Malcolm Perry, the first physician to treat President Kennedy. Dr. Perry obliterated a small circular wound just below the Adam's apple in order to insert a breathing tube. This wound was unknown to the autopsy surgeons later the same night. Without any supportive evidence, the Commission concluded that the throat wound was the point of exit for the bullet that first hit JFK, exited his throat and went on to strike Governor John Connally. This trajectory became known as the controversial 'Single Bullet Theory.'

Dr. Perry, who became frustrated with the Warren Commission and a hounding press, became reclusive, making his letters to the young researcher rare historical documents. The three Dr. Perry letters have been donated to the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza in Dallas.

The researcher went on to become an investigative reporter with the Toronto Star group of community newspapers, which led him to cover the House Select Committee on Assassination hearings in Washington in 1978.

The author also presents a Zapruder film oddity he discovered on the eve of the 55th anniversary. With the help of animation, this 9-frame Zapruder film revelation establishes that the fatal JFK head shot could NOT have come from the 6th floor 'Oswald' window

After more than 53 years of study and research by the author, Through The 'Oswald' Window: Reveals Stunning Fresh Insights, Three Assassins, Conspiracy & Cover-Up in the JFK Assassination, presents shocking new revelations about America's ultimate cold case - the assassination of President John F. Kennedy
