Three O'Clock High (Blu-ray)

The new kid, Buddy Revell (Richard Tyson, Kindergarten Cop), is rumored to have a violent history and Jerry Mitchell (Casey Siemaszko, Young Guns) has been tasked with getting to the bottom of it for the school paper.
