About the Illustrator

Nina de Polonia-Nill has loved drawing ever since she could first hold a pencil. Although she works digitally, the magic of her art starts with paper-and-pencil sketches. Nina enjoys illustrating playful, quirky stories and characters, infusing her digital work with textures done in traditional media. Born in the Philippines, she currently lives in Brisbane, Australia, where she illustrates, paints with her kids, travels, and gardens.
