Nancy Roy says that entire plot lines, characters and conversations flow from her pen, almost as if channeled from some inexplicable source. As a corporate executive, she uses her many hours of travel time to transcribe her remarkable tales and breathe life into her truly memorable characters, some of whom share her early background-a western girl in a rodeo town with strong heartland Minnesota roots. Some spring unbidden from that unknown creative source and alternately delight and appall her with their actions.
