The World from the Eighth Grade - Hardcover

The teens were from: one of the first racially integrated schools in the nation, during that change, in Sausalito, California; students in a State-run residential care facility for the emotionally disturbed; to a Junior High School in Oakland, California, serving its inner-city population.
