Today she writes and runs her own small press from her home in Surrey, England. Jo Rioux is an author, illustrator, and life-long space cadet who flies by the seat of her rocket pants. Since graduating Sheridan College, she has illustrated picture books and novels, but her favorite medium remains comics. Her debut graphic novel Cat's Cradle won the Joe Shuster Comics for Kids Award. Rioux lives in the tiny village of Carp, Canada.
