The Twilighters: Road Trip - Paperback

The story follows two old friends who met during their service as Australian submariners.These two old guys are rascals like many submariners of their era, and they are not ready to slow down or follow a normal retirement plan. The idea of road trip to re kindle their friendship and escape the tyranny of a repressive aged care resort sees them on the road together with a plan to meet up with their wives at a veteran's conventions in another state. Their trip turns into a series of humorous events and mishaps as these two older anti-Woke old guys crash around the countryside on their way to the convention. Some of their attitudes and ramblings may shock but they are the honest exchanges that a lot of older men express to each other when away from the public glare. The road trip is the perfect setting for these two express themselves and their individual philosophies on life.
