In this powerful work, The Silent Cry of a Fatherless Generation, author George Festus Blamoh deals with the roles of fathers, and the wounds fathers can create within their children. George also deals with the wounds of a father "from rejection to hope." Here, he offers hope to children who have suffered rejection. The silent cries of our children cannot be heard only among the fathers. Thus, George Festus Blamoh passionately, intelligently, and inspirationally writes about "life coaches and mentors for the fatherless generation." He also details in this powerful work, "creating a safe space" for the fatherless generation.

He is a post-war survivor of the perils of the Civil War of Liberia that lasted from 1989-1997. Yet, he is more than a survivor. By the grace of God, George has thrived and is a servant not only to his country of Liberia but also to this entire world. As a former Goalkeeper of The National Soccer Team of Liberia, he has an intensive mentorship program designed to help boys who have been disenfranchised by the effects of the war in Liberia. Thus, the book's proceeds will go towards the construction of a sports and trauma healing center for the fatherless youth in post-war Liberia. Much more can be said of George as his works do follow him.
