The Saint, real name Simon Templar, was a character created by British author Leslie Charteris in a number of books. The character had already been portrayed by a number of actors in motion pictures beginning in the 1930s, such as Louis hayward, George Sanders, and Hugh Sinclair. This book deald with the iconic TV series which began in 1962 and ended in 1969, starring Roger Moore as The Saint.
