This book contains a number of thoughts on life, inspired through the work of being a psychotherapist. It also contains some fictional vignettes of psychotherapy work. The title is related to how we are aways caught up in something even when we think we are not, and how this affects how we are as people in the world and also as practitioners of talking therapies. This book may be of interest to people who wonder about why we are here, the wonder of life and the strange contradictions in being a person.
Anthony (Tony) works in private practise as an existential-analytical psychotherapist. His interests range all over the place from art and philosophy to gardening. And then there are the strange marvels that consciousness and life are, and in that we are here at all.
