Tatsea, set in Canada's subarctic, received the McNally Robinson Book of the Year Award and the Margaret Laurence Award for Fiction. Renowned for the musicality of his dialect and dialogue, and his humor, Armin has served as writer-in-residence at the Saskatoon Public Library, Parkland Regional Library, and the University of Manitoba's Centre for Creative Writing and Oral Culture. He proudly makes his home in downtown Winnipeg.
