The Proverbs Project: Head to Toe Devotions for the Whole Family is a 30-day devotional that helps families engage in connection-based and biblical conversations about life. Written by two licensed professional counselors, this devotion draws equally on theology and therapy to help families connect to each other and God. Participants are taken through key verses in Proverbs that highlight five body parts (head, feet, mouth, eyes, and heart) as a means of embodying wisdom with one's whole self. Thus, "head to toe." Each devotion includes three action components (Pray, Discuss, Do) to help the day's wisdom concept be internalized.
