William Tufnell Le Queux (July 2, 1884-October 13, 1927) was an Anglo-French author. Born in London, he was educated in Europe. He worked as an editor and reporter for various British magazines and newspapers before turning to writing full time. He wrote numerous novels, mostly in the mystery and suspense genres, of which the best known may be The Invasion of 1910. In addition to writing, he was also involved in pioneering radio experiments.
