This book is a roller-coaster ride through the air in an F-14 Tomcat, and a journey into one pilot's encounters with Einstein is a 180-degree turn. An imbelman is a flight maneuver that an aircraft would climb to altitude and kill the engine and let the plane slide back toward earth and restart the engines or dead-stick, no-engine landing.
