Description
One night, Lori, clutching her stuffed rabbit, unexpectedly finds herself floating through the air. Eventually landing on the very country lane from her favourite painting, she is surprised when Bonnie B. Bunny jumps out of her arms and comes to life. Delighted that her rabbit not only hops along beside her but also talks, Lori soon learns that in this mystical, magical land, birds talk and animals dance and sway to music.
Join Lori and Bunny as they share a picnic with an indigenous princess, climb onto a rainbow, and float on a cloud-and sit with Lori as she faces her anxiety at her accidental separation from her wandering, beloved bunny.
About the Author
Blackstien, Elaine: - Elaine Blackstein is a mother and grandmother living in Toronto, Canada. She became a writer and blogger later in life, and has written a book Why Me: A Memoir under the penname E.P. Snider. She contributes to Condo newsletters in both Canada and the US, and has written an article that appeared in Volume 3 of Living Legacies, edited by Liz Perl. The Magical Adventures of Lori and Bonnie B. Bunny is her first children's book, and her inspiration for writing this book came from a painting of a country road hanging in her front hall.
