With a proprietary software package he developed he specializes in Turnaround Management and Profit Improvement for Trucking Companies. Robert has held the position of Interim CEO and COO in an LTL turnaround, Interim Executive VP of an LTL Division turnaround and C- level position in charge of Business Development for an LTL carrier. Robert has sat on the Board of Directors of several LTL Carriers. The Institute of Management Consultants certified him as a CMC (Certified Management Consultants). Robert authored his first book, The Formula...Building Competitive Advantage in 2004 Robert Completed work at the Wharton School of Business in the areas of Competitive Advantage and Strategic Alliances. Robert is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and is former aerobatic pilot, and is a licensed commercial, instrument and multi-engine pilot airplane and is a licensed helicopter Pilot. Robert is also a former college football coach (defensive line) and understands the importance of implementing winning game plans. Robert remains a member of the elite American Football Coaches Association. Robert proudly served his country spending 2.5 years in Vietnam.
