Banks, David L.: - David Banks was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas in 1967. He has been a full-time minister for the Church of Christ since 1990. He is also a substitute school teacher for the Alma School District in Arkansas, and has been the chaplain for the City of Alma Fire Department since 1992. David is a dedicated husband to his wife Dona and a dedicated father to three daughters, Rachel, Emily, and Sarah.
