English, Wesley: - Wesley English has never surprised a polar bear, but once a black bear waddled by the dining room window as he munched his lunch with his wife and two kids in Alaska. In his spare time, Wesley likes to climb mountains, whether it's the grueling natural staircase of Juneau's Blackberry Ridge, summiting one of Colorado's fourteeners or hunting fossils at the super secret site he discovered on the steep slope of an undisclosed mountain. Granted, this all has become much more difficult to do now that he's moved to the vast flatlands of the Midwest. He copes by frequently crashing-and sometimes flying-his freestyle drone. In his work time, Wesley rearranges numbers until they tell a story. He is a full-time artist. His current work can be found at the links below. He lives in a 100-year-old home in Albany Park, a neighborhood of Chicago, with his wife, Shara. He loves architecture and travelling the world. He enjoys collecting and playing vintage board games. In his spare time, he takes care of his garden and chases pesky squirrels out of his apple tree.
