The Great Tang Records on the Western Regions is a geographical and historical work dictated by Xuanzang of the Tang Dynasty and compiled by his disciple Bianji. It was completed in the twentieth year of the Zhenguan reign (646 CE).

It records the conditions of 138 countries, regions, and city-states that Xuanzang personally visited or heard about during his journey from Chang'an through the Western Regions to India.
