The work is written in a minimal style; yet it manages to convey all the cultural and artistic depth the tea art has been nurtured in for centuries.

This volume, compiled in collaboration with local experts in Chinese tea and academic studies in Guangdong, pairs the Chinese text, originally to be part of a larger treatise left unfinished, with its translation, and notes are provided for who is just starting to explore this millenary art.
