The Book of Acts: The Continuing Acts of Christ, Through the Apostles, Inspired by the Holy Spirit

"Like the rest of the Bible, in the book of Acts, God is the main character, and the acts that Luke records here are not primarily the acts of the Apostles but the acts of the Holy Spirit as He continues to work through feeble and sinful men to bring glory to Christ and His church. The Gospel of Luke only tells half of the story, the story of Christ's humiliation, but in this second half, we begin to see the beginnings of a glorious future in which every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
--Pastor Larry Bowlin, Associate Pastor,
The Presbyterian Church of Coventry (PCA), Coventry, CT.

"The Book of Acts by Paula Oneal describes convincingly in great detail that it is our story today to live for Christ, in Christ, and through Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit. The Day of Pentecost has arrived: Receive Gods Holy Spirit and go to proclaim Gods kingdom now for every one through preaching, teaching, healing and witnessing His love. Paula challenges the church by her study to be ACTS today! I recommend this thorough and relevant study of the Book of Acts."
--Rev. Dr. Sharon Gottfried Lewis,
Episcopal priest in the Diocese of Southwest Florida,
Founder and Executive director of Amazing Love Healing Ministry.

"I highly recommend this commentary on The Book of Acts by Dr. Oneal. It is a wonderful resource for those beginning to study the book of Acts as well as for those who would like to continue their studies."
--The Rev. Bert Daly, Rector,
St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Starke, Florida.

"My friend and sister in Christ, Paula Oneal, has written a commentary of Acts that is very user-friendly. My prayer is that it will become a resource for both private devotions and Bible study groups in the local church. Paula has done a great service for the body of Christ. Soil Deo Gloria!"
--Rev. Mike Moreau, Pastor,
Covenant Presbyterian Church, Rockingham, NC.
