The Artificial Witch - Paperback

Magic has its price. In Rivelou, the cost is blood.
Three bodies. Three months. In small-town Rivelou, Kentucky, there is no escape from the supernatural.
Shannon Kelly fled the chaos of Chicago-and her haunting past-for a fresh start in Rivelou. But this quaint town has secrets of its own. Beneath its sleepy facade lies a haven for paranormals, where witches, werewolves, and sirens walk unnoticed among the human residents, or "non-para's."
Shannon, still grieving her husband Jason's brutal death in a werewolf attack, wanted nothing to do with the paranormal world or her mother's black magic legacy. But when three women are murdered in rituals that reek of forbidden magic, Shannon finds herself drawn back into the darkness.
Her sexy partner, Dave Thorne, insists she embrace her gifts to uncover the truth. As they race to stop the killers, the investigation unravels a sinister web of artificial witches and deadly spells. When Dave's young cousin Winnie becomes a target, the stakes couldn't be higher.
Shannon must confront her painful past, navigate her attraction to Dave, and resist the seductive charm of vampire Dr. Nathan Lazard-all while keeping the truth about Rivelou hidden from the non-paras.
Can Shannon protect Winnie and expose the killers before it's too late? In this steamy urban fantasy romance, the line between justice and magic is about to disappear.
The Artificial Witch is the second book in the Unleashed Series, a must-read for fans of witch romance books, urban fantasy mysteries, and adult urban fantasy with sizzling chemistry.
