A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in New York, Szostak ran the JAK Films Art Department at Skywalker Ranch for more than three years before joining the narrative design team on LucasArts' Star Wars: 1313. He is also the author of The Art of Star Wars: The Force Awakens (Abrams, 2015), The Art of Star Wars: The Last Jedi (Abrams, 2017), The Art of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (Abrams, 2020), and The Art of Star Wars: The Mandalorian (Season One) (Abrams, 2020).
