This is an attempt to remember him "El Chocolatito" and recount his adventures. How he was born shall remain a mystery, but what he did is laid bare in front of you. He spoke the language of food for that was the one that his heart bled in its barest of moments when he could not speak the local tongue and the food bound El Chocolatito to the place and me to El Chocolatito in a way that is not plausible differently. This book in essence is a cookbook but at the same time, it is an ode to infallible, goliath personalities of women who just didn't shape El Chocolatito, but have provided form to those within their presence. They are the epicentre of the vibration that breathes life into everything around them, they are in sync with nature and their nurture has transformed the bare to the abundant green.
