The 4th Jar - Paperback

The 4th Jar is a chapter book specifically targeted to young readers from 3rd to 6th grade. It is designed for families to read together and share the life lessons that 10-year-old Emily learns as her journey takes her to different locations in California. Her revelations of how she and her family fit into the world around them takes us on our own journey of discovery. There is a final section where families can learn how to use the four jars: the saving, spending, giving and the 4th jar. While the reader learns the value of all four jars, they specifically learn about the 4th jar, into which he or she deposits small articles from their life journey, along with the memories, hopes and dreams that are attached to those articles. This is a "feel good" book for all ages that can be shared with friends and family for years to come.
