With over 10 years of experience as a Master Coach and Mentor and over 6 years experience of writing and delivering deeply healing Workshops & Retreats, Ra has an in-depth understanding of human psychology and how to support people to come into higher levels of awareness and consciousness.

Ra is a seeker - and Mentor. Pursuing in her life greater and greater.. - awareness, through her own personal journey.

Passionately sharing over a decade of experience with breath work, guided meditation, psychotherapy, experiential process work, shadow work, facilitation, content creation. guided rituals, leadership mentoring and personal mentoring and training new coaches. Ra supports new coaches in this field through her Transformational Coach Training Program.
