Having spent a large part of their younger years in the hard and harsh world of the Communist regime in Bulgaria, Dr. Georgi Lozanov and Dr. Evelina Gateva could look back on their lives with satisfaction. After a long, hard journey fraught with uncertainty and sundry perils, they finally found their special place in the world. In reflecting upon those years, they both recalled how even though it was not always so easy......their love for each other ignited a Passion for Teaching. For years, the two great minds worked hard on their research and amazing discoveries, often with little to no reward. They were surrounded by naysayers, jealousy and hardship at every turn and it seemed as though the two friends would never see their dream come true. No one, not even the Communist government could hold them back, in Learning or in Love. As they Reminisce about their grand story another shadow always seemed to be near almost darkening the open doorways but what is darkness, to those who walk in the Light? As Lozanov and Gateva proved time and time again in their enduring true story of love and a life time of helping others to facilitate and accelerate learning: To those who Love to Learn you first have to Learn to Love. He has studied he great body of work developed by Dr. Lozanov for the past 35 years and has spent countless hours with him in the last 3 years before his death taking notes and discussing the future of Suggestology. He has trained thousands of Master Teachers and taught thousands more Master Trainers in the methodologies and techniques of Accelerated Learning, Mind Power Enhancement and Personal Development all across the Globe. Before he died, Dr. Lozanov passed the torch to Dr. Mel Gill with the request to make sure that his lifework has been preserved and that the people who have worked together with him are taken care of. And in 2013 Dr. Gill will take over as CEO, the Foundation created by Dr. Lozanov and begin the enormous task of cataloging and preserving his Legacy.
