This book embraces the bittersweet moments of truth along the journey of heartbreak and healing. It captures the reality, both the ugly and the beautiful phases we go through in dealing with suppressed emotions- the heartache, sorrow, and fear due to love found and love lost, and the struggle of moving on- crafted into the art of poetry. This collection was written during the Covid-19 Pandemic in the year 2020, when places were put on lockdown and when people stayed at home in isolation- a challenging time of emotional and mental trials, and a time of self-reflection, awakening and change.
