While in the Carolinas, she has led many women's Bible study groups and helped to lead an Alzheimer's support group. She was married one month shy of thirty-four years. The rug was pulled out from under her, but through God's help with family and friends by her side, she has been victorious in overcoming her pain. Lisa loves playing competitive tennis and enjoys playing board games with her family. Her first love is the Lord and teaching others about Him.
