Star Crossed - Hardcover

Light and dark operate in harmony, creating the balance that makes life as we know it possible. When the God of Darkness is killed in cold blood and his power is released into the atmosphere only to tether itself to his murderer, the universe is plunged into chaos by the imbalance of light and dark energy. The two Light Celestials controlling the stars and satellites, representing creation and destruction, imbue a race of humans with their powers to restore balance.

Jade and Axel are the first light warriors in over a millennium and forced to confront an enigmatic villain with the powers of darkness. They are fated to be the last of their kind - whether that means dying at their dark counterpart's hands or finally defeating him. Unfortunately, their powers aren't working as they should, especially when all they have on their minds is the other secretly behind their mask. With the fate of the universe on the line in a cosmic war, Jade and Axel struggle to navigate their destinies, powers, pasts, and the love they share underneath their hidden identities. Yet that love may just be their undoing.
