Tuttle, David: - David Tuttle lives with his wife, Jane, in the Boise, Idaho, foothills where he enjoys reading on his front porch, snowshoeing, downhill and crosscountry skiing, hiking, running, and mountain biking. He is a US Army veteran, having served as a combat medic with a reconnaissance unit in Vietnam, a paperboy, a newspaper journalist, Ohio Secretary of State public information officer, Ohio legislative caucus press relations director, a finance and insurance counselor, and a Reiki master/teacher. Tuttle was raised in a small town in North Central Ohio and spent one year in college before volunteering for the draft. Upon his return from military duty, he used factory jobs, part-time student work, and the GI Bill to fund his BS degree from Ohio University and his MA degree at the Ohio State University. Having had only a two-day vacation during his youth, he made up for it by traveling to twenty- five countries, including Uganda, Kenya, and Egypt. He has skydived in New Zealand and scuba dived at the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. He was in Chile, South America, for a week of volcano skiing when 911 occurred. Tuttle has set foot in all fifty states and has completed many week-long bicycle/camping trips. But he has had his greatest adventures while traversing his spiritual path... and that continues.
