Description
Clark Gable is the rugged title character, Hank Lee, an American mercenary running a smuggling operation in Hong Kong, who is reluctant to help the beautiful Jane Hoyt (Susan Hayward) find her missing photographer husband (Gene Barry) on mainland China. After becoming enamored with Jane, Lee is shanghaied by love into helping her evade Chinese police and gunboats on her dangerous mission.
