Tim Delaney is a professor and department chair of sociology at the State University of New York at Oswego. He earned his B.S. in sociology from SUNY Brockport, M.A. degree in sociology from California State University Dominquez Hills, and a Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.
