Shy Child is a band from NY City consisting of Pete Cafarella on vocals/ keytar and Nate Smith on drums. The duo was formed in the summer of 2000, Cafarella and Smith having previously played together in the band El Guapo (later called Supersystem). Shy Child played around NY for years, releasing their first album Please Consider Our Time in 2002 on a small Montreal label, Grenadine Records, and released their next album One with the Sun on local NYC label Say Hey Records in 2004. Both albums were also released in Japan on Tokyo's Romz Record, and the band did a short tour of Japan in 2004. 12 tracks.
