Scriven, Maggie: - Maggie Scriven began writing skits in the second grade when she discovered that a nice Thanksgiving skit would allow her and her friends to get out of class to perform for other classes. Her love of both writing and drama has continued since then. After raising her three children, Maggie completed her B.S. in English with a minor in drama. She then went on to receive a teaching degree and has continued to work with middle school students. She has been working in local community theatre as an actress and vocal director since her teens and works in drama camps and church drama ministry when possible. Maggie lives in Baltimore with her family.
