Danbazzar, a fellow historian, has discovered a papyrus that points to an unopened tomb of a 3,000-year-old Egyptian princess-who supposedly has been preserved alive! Barry, his father and Danbazzar sail for Egypt to unearth this ancient princess. For Barry it is personal, for there on the papyrus is an image of the princess-and she looks just like his dream girl!

Unfortunately, his efforts are constantly subverted by the well-intentioned Nanette. It begins with De Cuna who is after some secret photos that O'Shea needs to send back to England. Then the nefarious Macalister becomes involved, and Nanette is kidnapped. Decies is at his wit's end trying to rescue her. All Nanette wants is to get O'Shea's attention-but this time she has gone too far!
