Self-Care from Body to Bliss - Paperback

Self-Care from Body to Bliss is the second book in The Accidental Caregiver Series: Helping Others Without Losing Yourself. It can be daunting to create and maintain a steady, happy existence at any time, let alone when faced with the overwhelming responsibilities of caregiving. I've learned that it can be done, however, with consistent effort, a commitment to oneself, and a bit of practice.

This offering explores a strategy that is multi-dimensional as it peels back the layers uncovering the fact that we are more than just the physical body and as such we require attention and nurturing in the energetic, mental/emotional and spiritual bodies as well.

By sharing my personal insight and experience, my intention is to help us look at self-care in a whole new way. One that addresses our many layers of being and works to soothe and strengthen all facets of our complex and wonderful selves.

Just like the small tarts I create as a baker, these life guides are served up to be digested in small bites. They are designed as easy reads that just might spark a desire for further learning and growth.
