A most important release from two scions of the legendary Seeger clan the first family of American folk music. This is the final recording by Mike Seeger, who died in August of 2009. He is joined on the album by his acclaimed sister, Peggy, and the two folk masters explore songs they have sung in childhood, many of them learned directly from early rural folk legends.
