Kirra Smith is your average teenage girl, except she isn't average and she isn't even human. Growing up as a refugee from a war on her home planet, Kirra spent her last 10 years on Earth. Between trying to find out where she belongs as a person and who she is, she also has to deal with not fitting in with her own species.
