Its berries, among the most nutritious fruits, contain a treasure trove of health benefits. The oil, a prized component, is a rare plant source of omega-3, omega-6, omega-7, and omega-9. The shrub's medicinal prowess is well-documented, with clinical studies demonstrating the effectiveness of seabuckthorn-based formulations in combating hypertension, obesity, and cardiovascular risk factors. Cell line studies further reveal the plant's potential in cancer treatment and anti-aging. Why does seabuckthorn remain nature's best-kept secret?

Why have only a few people heard about the plant?

This book aims to unveil its marvels and advocate for the adoption of seabuckthorn-based products for heightened health and wellness.
